I got mine right away, as they were the downloadable ones. But I would think you'd have them by now for presale....Maybe you should call....

I am waiting for 13 tickets from Frontgate. 5 shipped out today. Just log in with your logon and password on the front gate site. Then go to order history and it will tell you if they shipped out or are waiting to ship. Frontgate is usually very slow to ship out. Don't worry yet. They are famous for sending them out a couple weeks before the show.

See ya at Brooklyn.

yeah those dumbshits cost me a ton of time/anger/money last fall when they didnt ship me my albany tix until like seriously 5 days before the show. I was on the road and had to have a family member pick them up at my house and overnight them to where we were staying....

Then when I email them during this go around pleading with them to straighten up and reminding them what happened last year...All i get is a canned response.

They kind of resemble douches

same thing happened to me once st steven. i was out on west coast tour and thye never sent my vegas ticket. well somewhere in oregon i called them up to have it switched to will call, they told me to callback closer to show. i did. said everything was set. get to vegas, nothing at will call. had to call them up and sit there for a couple hours while they figured it out etween venue and ticket seller. was a true mess but i got in.

what i did after was call up and talk to a supervisor. i gave her the info of the folks i spoke with who were supposed to have already fixed the problem (i always take names and extensions when calling a company) and explained why it was such a let down for me. all they did was look at my order history and sincerely apologized. they asked how they could solve the problem without losing my future business. i told them to always have my tickets at my doorstep at bare minimum 4 weeks before the first show of the tour, and to send them all in one envelope as opposed to they used to send me each ticket separately. they've not failed me once since. i got my frontgate tix earlier this week for summer shows, in one envelope.

anybody else get theirs?

i feel like they were at one point waiting so long to cut back on scalping but it was becoming an issue for people who were on tour.

I received one batch of tickets from them yesterday. For some reason it was the second set of tickets to go on sale (Bethel, Canandaguia, etc) rather than the first. I find them to be fairly un-professional about the whole process, but I have always gotten the tickets in the end (they seem more interested in portraying themselves as hip than in getting tickets to buyers in a timely manner). They do things like trigger UPS tracking emails and listing tickets in my frontgate ticket profile as sent when in fact they don't actually send them for another week. I also found that once you add a ticket to your basket, you can't remove them without losing the whole order, so I ended up with extra tickets. It must be hard to contract with good vendors, as I have found GnomesAndHobbits just as bad. I purchased the Amherst FLAC last year only to find out that the first set files were corrupt. It took many emails to get them to provide me with a working copy - they knew that people had downloaded bad copies but were pretty un-concerned with getting good copies to people who had purchased the show...

in the future, call them after you have the extra tickets and explain you could not remove them. they were glad to help me out with the same issue. called them as soon as i purchased them.

they hire the cheapest companies and people to do their stuff thats why this site is always so slow, their house sound is not always that great, and their live releases are frequently buggy.

they really need to spend the extra cash and hire professionals for all their needs.
