That's what I was hoping for Chester, that people would be proud, or at least happy, to bring the flag to the next show. We could all know who has it etc.

I don't really want to make it only to have it end up lost or forgotten. It would be for all of us to share, and a way to find each other.

The Broomfield shows are a definite possibility. I hope to get it finalized this weekend, and off to the flag makers right away.
I'm pretty sure FF67 and DeadontheRivet are going. Maybe one of them would be so kind as to bring it.

Maybe they will let us set up inside when we have an actual presence, rather than just planning it.

Any more ideas??

I dislike the thought everyone not having the chance to weigh in. It will most likely end up that way, but, gotta cover just a little more ground, and get some things done.

I like the progression of the conversation. The evolution of design and incorporation of existing colors on Furthur site. I don't know why Futhur went away from the Red White and Blue of much GOGD memorabilia. What4ever. Are both designs proposed in this thread being worked together? I'll look for the flag at Broomfield and say Hey Now.

Volare I do like your sketch. I'm not sure what the earth is representing either. I think we need some more color too. But were on the right track here. I wish I knew how to draw.

I think wlewis brought up the idea of a picture of the earth...i took it as representing how the band is drawing us together from all over the globe. I just wish I had access to the font to add more text, but i will continue to refine in other ways.

We are trying to warp this up for Broomfield.

When everyone has had a chance to speak their mind, maybe we could have a poll and vote or something.
