first let me say that I never had a problem seeing any video (from youtube or whatever) that are posted in threads until under a week ago.

Now all I see is a white square where there is supposed to be a video, I asked others if its just me and it seems like it is just my computer.... they always worked before and my computer hasn't gotten slower or anything like that in the last week.

There are a couple random videos that show up but when I play them I get about 3 or 4 still frames, if that, while the sound dosn't cut out but thats rare .... most videos are just a white square on my screen, I can't click on them or anything..... I can't find any updates that are ready for my computer either - it updates automatically to.

Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks a lot!

now to my question:
is it common for a post not to post when using color when the site is busy? i tried to post the same post 3 times and it didn't post at all! i waited 10 min or so inbetween cause someone else had mentioning that he ended up with a double post cause it had been so long he hit the submit button a second time??!! what gives- i asked about color cause this post i used a colored text. hope it doesn't now post 3 times.

How is the new functions coming along? Will PM be offered?

Fyi, small issue with looking at pictures. It was working a few days ago. If I wanted to see someone's pics that they attached, I usually just click the jpeg file with the little thumbnail. But what opens is only a sliver of the pic. Not the whole pic. It used to open all the way so I could see the entire picture. It happened with pics I posted, and have noticed it's happening with all of the pics. This seems to be happening with multiple pics. WHen people post a single pic, it seems to be fine. Help please!! Thanks...

I want to change my avatar image..

everytime I up load a new avatar.. I cannot get the little blue button that says keep current avatar or use default avatar to go away.

even after I have up loaded the new image. It keeps my old one..


what am I doing wrong? Does it take a day or so to actually change it?

Hey its just slow.. today its the avatar I switched it to. In spite of the fact you cannot get the little blue dot to go away it will work just slowly..

the "add file" thing at the bottom when your replying to a post isn't working for me - and its a jpeg picture to.

When I click "add file" it sends me to my photos then when I click on one it goes back to the reply page but nothing is added in the "add file" space

I have posted pics this way before and it would always put a url thing in that space and then you add it to your post but now its not working for some reason....

its like the insert link isn't working anymore. Usually I click "add file" then it sends me to my pictures then I double click on one and a URL goes in that white box and the "add file" changes to say "insert".

Now when I click "add file" it sends me to my pictures and when I double click one (even one that I added successfuly at least half a dozen times before), there is no URL in that little white box and it still says "add file". Then I click "add file" again and it repeats the same process going back to my pictures.
