Just recently discovered the bonus disc of Grateful Dead Movie - can't stop watching it; great pro quality shots of GD jamming out great songs like TOO, etc.

I honestly don't know much about The Flaming Lips, but I checked out "UFO's over the Zoo" or something titled like that and found it totally engrossing - quite a spectacle onstage and GD Movie-type footage of the fans. Rent it before you buy it.

Live at Pompeii, Pink Floyd is tops.

Talking Heads, stop making Sense is great, too.

Live at Pompeii is great.
I can't come down, it's plain to see.

Stevie Ray Vaughn : Live at the El Mocambo - Greatness on display before an agape Texas audience.

I own "The Closing of Winterland" and it is pretty solid musically, but the production value is straight-up 1978 Public T.V.

Garcia at Shoreline. It was the concert he played when the Dead canceled their tour when Mydland died. Nothing flashy, just great playing.

There are some amazingly beautiful ballads on that one that really highlight Jerry's soulfulness and connection to the music, "Luck Old Sun" being one of them

Yeah, that Garcia at Shoreline is classic late 80's JGB. That's a must have.
