Letitgro, I just noticed this post. Were you really at Watkins Glen? I'm so jealous, that would have been amazing!!

Yep...great memories! I actually got there on Friday (when the Dead played a 'soundcheck'), but had no idea they were playing...it was such a zoo/carnival atmosphere where we were parked.
Saturday was something, although the Dead were lackluster at best and the weather was hot. Then The Band came and it rained, but they played well. A lot of people left before the ABB came on, since it was wet, dark, and very muddy, but those who stayed got a treat as they absolutely smoked that night with their sound coming through the cool crisp air.
